Shipping and Delivery

At this time, DURHAMS TACKLE ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

All online orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order acknowledgment. When the order is shipped from our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status. Your shipping confirmation will include the ship date, carrier, and tracking number, if applicable.

Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated. Tracking numbers on packages shipped via Priority Mail may take 1-2 business days from the date the package was shipped before they are activated. Standard delivery time for most orders is 3-6 business days from the ship date.

Dear California Customer,

Recent amendments to California Proposition 65 require additional warning requirements on products manufactured on or after August 30, 2018.

As a result, and due to the comprehensive list of products, this requirement affects Durhams Tackle is forced to suspend ALL sales to the state of California effective August 31, 2018, at midnight until further notice.

Return Policy

Defective Products

Durhams Tackle wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer. This begins from the site all the way to the product you select. Product is deemed defective either by the manufacturer or Durhams Tackle.

Defective electronic items should be shipped to the manufacturer; other products should be shipped back to Durhams Tackle, where our quality control department will examine them and do the following: Consider it defective through Durhams Tackle standards, and immediately ship your replacement or refund your money or contact the manufacturer to see if they cover the defective merchandise, then contact you with the information we have received.


All items in our store are normally stocked merchandise unless otherwise marked. With in-store sales, phone sales, and Internet sales, there is no way to fully have an "on hand" count of merchandise. So once in a while, these regularly stocked items may have to be back-ordered.

If that's the case, we will ship you what is in stock and send you the rest when it arrives at no extra cost to you.

14-Day Returns and Exchanges

Durhams Tackle always wants you to get what you want, but in the event that you would like to exchange or return an item, please refer to the back of your invoice for directions.

The item must be unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for the shipping back to DURHAMS TACKLE and the shipping to get the exchanged products back to you.

If you have a question that your invoice does not address, please call and speak with a customer service representative who will give you return information specific to the product you are returning.
